Fahid Beach Residences is the first residential release on Fahid Island, which is Abu Dhabi’s newest island destination sitting right between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. Fahid Beach Residences is situated on Fahid Island, highlighting its prime location between Saadiyat and Yas Islands, and the island is envisioned as a vibrant hub for luxury living, offering residents easy access to shopping, dining, beach clubs, and watersports. What makes this island different is that it’s been designed from the ground up as a wellness destination—in fact, it’s the world’s first Fitwel-certified island.
The island itself has its own infrastructure—a 10-kilometre landscaped Berm Park with running tracks, three cycling routes that connect to Abu Dhabi’s wider cycle network, and a 2-kilometre waterfront promenade called Coral Drive that will have retail and dining.
The project is expected to offer a high-return investment opportunity in Abu Dhabi, with units starting at AED 3.5M, and the pricing policy reflects its premium positioning. Fahid Beach Residences is expected to receive LEED Platinum and Estidama Pearl 3 certifications, and the design incorporates environmentally friendly materials such as engineered wood, natural stone, and anodised glass. The development is designed by Koichi Takada and emphasizes wellness with a Fitwel 3-Star Rating, and Fahid Island is the world's first island with a 3-star Fitwel certification.
