Riviera Residences is a landmark waterfront development in Abu Dhabi created by international developer Mered. The project is part of the growing district of Al Reem Island, a vibrant community within the capital that combines business, culture, and residential living.
The architecture of Riviera Residences was designed by the Pritzker Prize–winning Swiss studio Herzog de Meuron, known worldwide for projects such as the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg and the Bird’s Nest Stadium in Beijing. Landscape design was entrusted to the Paris-based firm Michel Desvigne Paysagiste, which is recognized across Europe for its work in creating refined urban spaces.
This waterfront project includes more than 400 apartments and 12 exclusive villas, including sky villas, ocean villas, and a penthouse residence. The development brings together contemporary architecture, carefully planned interiors, and a complete set of resort style amenities designed for modern urban living in Abu Dhabi.
