Opula Residences is a waterfront development in the Yas Bay area of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Zayed International Airport — also known as Abu Dhabi International Airport — is a 15-minute drive away; the city centre is about 25 minutes. The complex sits on the liveliest stretch of Yas Bay, between the beach, the waterfront restaurants, and the island's main attractions.
The 15-storey building has a minimalist design and holds 192 residences: studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, townhouses, and three penthouses. Floor plans range from 34 to 309 sq m. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill every room with natural light and frame views of the bay, the island's greenery, and the Abu Dhabi skyline.
Mornings start at the infinity pool. Its edge blends into the bay; by midday you're at Yas Beach, five minutes on foot. Evenings mean the sky terrace, a glass of wine, and the sun dropping behind the water.
DHB Holding (DHB Properties) built Opula Residences as its first project in the capital. The company's track record includes villas on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and residential communities across Saudi Arabia. In Yas Bay, they've put a pool, gym, cinema, and rooftop barbecue terrace under one roof. Ground-floor retail — cafés, restaurants, a handful of shops — means you can grab a pastry and a coffee without leaving the gates.
