Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences is a collection of homes on Saadiyat Island, within the Saadiyat Grove cultural district. Downtown Abu Dhabi is a 7-minute drive, Zayed International Airport is 20 minutes away, and Dubai is just over an hour.
The project is developed by Aldar Properties in collaboration with Louvre Abu Dhabi. The residences sit steps from the museum’s iconic dome, echoing its light geometric lines. The collection includes 400 residences — studios, 1–3 bedroom apartments, and five penthouses. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the Arabian Gulf and the museum itself — you wake up facing the Louvre, watching the morning light filter through its intricate canopy.
Mornings begin on a spacious balcony with a cup of coffee and the sound of the sea. Interiors come in two palettes: a warm, light scheme with taupe and cream tones, or a darker, cooler palette with charcoal and slate accents. Bathrooms and walk-in closets feature marble with refined metal details, while living spaces showcase curated artworks selected by the museum.
Aldar, one of Abu Dhabi’s leading developers, is behind landmark communities such as Yas Bay and Al Raha Beach. During the day, you relax by the infinity pool with a sunset terrace or host lunch in the barbecue area. In the evening, head to the private cinema or unwind in the wellness centre.
